The easiest and most accessible option is to arrive from Milan, it is located about 90 minutes north of Milan and with quick access via either international flights into Milan or driving from France and Switzerland. Then to get to the city of Como, where the famous lake is found, there is a train in the Cadorna station which follows the route to Como Nord Lago and it takes one hour. Another option is to rent a vehicle in advance and go to the wedding venue by car. Or a cool idea would be if you are traveling a long haul to arrive in Italy, you can relax in lake Como, have your elopement and then visit other areas on your honeymoon.
